Dr. Dean claims that there is no proof that vitamin supplements do any good. He's also rabidly against circumcision, so whatever.

Plus with those 4,000% vitamins your piss almost glows, who doesn't like that!?

Cold has progressed into the phase where I need to blow my nose constantly and each time is more annoying than the last because my nose is so raw.

I'm a die-hard Airborne fan myself. I hate "preventative" medicine, but every time I feel a cold coming on, I pound a few Airborne drinks and all is suddenly better. After all, having like 4,000% of your recommended daily allowance of Vitamin C can't be a bad thing.

I've used Zicam a few times, and at the time, I felt like it helped. The problem is, you can never tell how long the cold would have lasted without it. My last couple of colds I haven't used it and yet they ended more quickly than I expected. The symptoms were also pretty mild. Maybe the effects of Zicam are permanent. Huzzah!
